This trial is for those with low genomic risk determined by Oncotype DX Recurrence Score (0-25). The purpose of this study is to compare the usual treatment of chemotherapy followed by hormone therapy plus ribociclib to the study treatment of hormone therapy plus ribociclib in postmenopausal women and in men.
