• Compass Directions: North is straight up toward the top of the map, South is down toward the bottom, West is to the left, and East is to the right.
• Access Requirement: A Skywalk connects the main University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Lansing building (South Wing) across E. Michigan Ave. to the Professional Building on the south side of campus.

• Main Entrance and Drop-Off: Building entrance/exit points (blue arrow icons) are located along the south side of the main hospital building off E. Michigan Ave., as well as on the east side along N. Holmes St. Driveways with directional arrows line E. Michigan Ave. for access.
• Emergency Entrance: An Emergency Entrance (red square with white cross) is situated on the south side of Tower Wing, immediately east of Parking Ramp A.
• Central Transition Hub: The main hospital building consists of interconnected wings running west to east, labeled Tower Wing, Newmann Wing, Foster Wing, Post Wing, and South Wing.
• Parking / Exterior Features: Parking Ramp A is attached directly west of Tower Wing. Team Member Parking Ramp is located adjacent to South Wing and Post Wing. Team Member Surface Parking lots are located north across Jerome St.

• Primary Vertical Anchor / Skywalk: A Skywalk bridges the South Wing of the main hospital south across E. Michigan Ave. into the Professional Building.
• Primary Destination / Buildings: The south campus sector contains the Professional Building, Plaza Building, Medical Arts Building 2 (west of Bingham St.), Medical Arts (east near Ferguson St.), and the Ronald McDonald House (east along S. Holmes St.).
• Secondary Destinations / Parking Ramps: Parking Ramp B sits west of the Plaza Building and circular drive, while Parking Ramp C is positioned directly south of the Professional Building and Plaza Building along Eureka St.
• Vehicular Access / Drop-off Loop: A circular driveway loop with building entrance/exit points sits between Parking Ramp B, Plaza Building, and Professional Building, connected to driveways accessing E. Michigan Ave., Bingham St., and Eureka St.
