This study is for patients with histologically confirmed clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) that is advanced or metastatic. If you decide to take part in this study, you will get immunotherapy or immunotherapy and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) until the cancer gets worse or the side effects become very bad. You will also get either a live bacterial pill called MO-03 (biotherapy) or a placebo for up to 3 years.
